Houston reservoirs won't be empty for weeks

A month after Hurricane Harvey hit our area, the Barker and Addicks reservoirs are still not empty.

HOUSTON - A month after Hurricane Harvey hit our area, the Barker and Addicks reservoirs are still not empty.

Harris County Flood Control Meteorologist Jeff Lindner says it could take another "two to three weeks."

He says the Addicks is just over 18 percent full while barker is over 26 percent full.

Both reservoirs were empty before Harvey hit.
