Tornado watch expires, chilly evening ahead

The tornado watch for southeast Texas has expired, but the front that passed through will bring chilly temperatures Thursday night.
"We're looking at 30s across the entire viewing area with the exception of Galveston Island," 11 News meteorologist Gomez said.

Heavy fog affected parts of the viewing area early in the morning, with visibility down to one-third of a mile at Bush Intercontinental Airport early Thursday.
The winds will shift to the northwest for the rest of the day.
Rain chances go up Sunday and Monday, however.
