04:38 PM CDT on Thursday, June 7, 2007
The Needville high school student charged with setting the school on fire will remain in juvenile custody for at least another 10 days a judge ruled Thursday.
The judge ordered officials to check out the 16-year-old’s home in the next 10 days to decide if it's a good environment for the teen.
If so, the judge could let him leave the detention center.
