The Downtown Aquarium is fighting back against allegations that its white tigers are not treated well.

HOUSTON - The Downtown Aquarium is fighting back against allegations that its white tigers are not treated well.

The Animal Legal Defense Fund threatened to sue, claiming the tigers have no access to sunlight or the outdoors.

But Thursday, the Aquarium filed a defamation lawsuit, calling the allegations false.

They insist the tigers are well cared for, and their living conditions are pristine.
