This week we're shining the spotlight on a deadly trend – texting and driving. And you're joining the conversation on Facebook, you've talked about the worry and frustration that comes with passing a distracted driver on the road.

We've even hit the streets to show you just how many people stare at their phones during the morning commute.

We chose to test distracted driving in a school zone. The demonstration happened in an empty parking lot—when the sun was out.

As safe as possible, yet the results are still scary.
