MAGNOLIA -- Three Montgomery County residents were arrested Tuesday and charges with running an international online gambling operation from their home. Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office investigators said Justin Franciscotty, 26, Ana Franciscotty, 30, and Stephanie Uselton, 25, were charged with money laundering.

The investigators said the trio’s gambling operation had ties to a Costa Rica gambling operation and that more arrests are pending.

It’s alleged that money from the offshore gambling site in Costa Rica was being funneled to an address in Magnolia via the Postal Service, said investigators.

Montgomery County officials said they plan to forward the information they gathered on to federal authorities.
