As it turns out, this is not the first sex crime for which 47-year-old Brian Johnson has been arrested. He spent three years in prison for a 2000 conviction for the sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl. He is also a registered sex offender, according to state records.

The Fort Bend sheriff said the latest incident involves a teenage girl. Johnson was being held in the county jail on a $50,000 bond.

Kendleton’s mayor told 11 News that Johnson was removed from his fire department post just a few weeks ago.
