Crime Stoppers looking for woman who left kids alone in pool

HOUSTON - Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department are looking for a woman responsible for endangering a child.

Police say Breyon Long, 50, allowed two children, a 6-year-old and an 8-year-old, to swim without adult supervision in a pool at a local apartment complex.

We're told the 8-year-old nearly drowned and was taken to the hospital for treatment.

The incident occurred on Thursday, July 7, 2016 at the complex located in the 5500 block of Desoto street. 

Long was charged with Endangering a Child during the incident. 

Police say Long is a black female, 5'1", 165 lbs with short black hair and brown eyes.

Crime Stoppers will pay a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest of Long.
