GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. - A dog taken in by a West Michigan rescue organization after he was stung by thousands of ground bees back in September has taken a bad turn.
"Stinger" had been improving under the care of Luvnpupz, but according to posts on the group's Facebook page, the young pitbull had another reaction.
He was taken to an emergency veterinarian at Michigan State University, where tests have been run to find out what caused the reaction. Luvnpupz says many things have been ruled out, but a concrete answer on what caused the reaction is still unknown.
Luvnpupz is asking for thoughts and prayers for "Stinger."
