HOUSTON—A woman who was fleeing a Harris County Sheriff’s deputy was critically injured early Sunday after crashing into a light pole.
The deputy spotted the woman driving on the wrong side of the road around 1:15 a.m. and tried to pull her over, but she refused to stop.
