HOUSTON -- Treva Davis painted “hang up and drive” on the back window of her vehicle after she was rear-ended by a teen that was texting and driving.

Now she is on the lookout for drivers glued to their phones while driving. She honks at drivers preoccupied by their mobile devices – even at traffic lights.

“I will obey the laws to get to you,” Davis said.

Davis said she is not looking to put herself or others in danger.

“If I could legally carry a megaphone in my car and roll my window down and holler at you,” Davis added, "then I would do that too."

Although some drivers do not agree with her tactics, Davis said she has no plans to end her crusade.
