HARRIS COUNTY, Texas –- A driver was killed in a violent crash in northwest Harris County early Wednesday morning, deputies said.
According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened on W. Little York Road near Petropark Drive around 12:15 a.m.
Witnesses told deputies the driver of a Cadillac CTS-V was speeding in and out of traffic before leaving the road and skidding into a ditch. The vehicle flipped and struck a pole, throwing the driver from the crash.
The driver was trapped under the car and died at the scene. No other injuries were reported.
