BAYTOWN, Texas – A war veteran who just moved his family from North Carolina to Baytown says he couldn’t feel more welcome.

T.J. Edwards, who was severely injured by a roadside bomb, was handed the keys Thursday to a renovated house courtesy of Bank of America. The bank has donated more than 1,000 foreclosed homes to vets.

Edward said he’s heard the turkey hunting is good in Texas so that’s what he plans to do.
