HOUSTON – Firefighters with the Houston Fire Department were called to the southeast side early Monday where a van caught fire inside a warehouse.
It was reported around 2:30 a.m. on S. Richey Street near Forest Oaks Boulevard.
When firefighters arrived, they found smoke coming from a large warehouse, so the chief immediately pulled a second alarm.
Once firefighters made entry, they found a van on fire and were able to knock the flames down quickly.
HFD investigators are looking into what caused the van to catch fire.
