HOUSTON -- Officials briefly shut down all inbound main lanes of the North Freeway at N. Shepherd following an accident early Monday.
The crash was reported shortly before 6 a.m., according to Houston TranStar. Two cars were reportedly involved.
The accident was cleared out of the way and the freeway reopened around 6:30 a.m.
Drivers are advised to use the HOV lane or the Hardy Toll Road as an alternate route, if possible.
