HOUSTON -- A teenage mother is accused of beating her infant over potty training issues.
Harris County investigators said 18-year-old Raquel Ramirez hit the 3-month-old baby boy with her hand and a belt because he wet his pants.
The baby was taken to LBJ Hospital on Nov. 4 with cuts, scrapes and bruises.
Ramirez has been charged with injury to a child.
