HOUSTON -– Police said early Wednesday a suspect was on the run after stabbing a man in a north Houston home.
The stabbing occurred around 2:15 a.m. on Cherry Street at Glasglow Street, according to the Houston Police Department.
Police said they found a man with multiple stab wounds in his stomach and chest areas. He was sent to the hospital in serious but stable condition.
According to HPD, the stabbing victim got into an argument with another person, leading to the physical altercation.
The suspect fled the scene, but police said the victim knows the identity of his assailant.
Police did not release the suspect or victim’s name.
