HOUSTON—Two suspects are in custody after a three-hour standoff with police at a mobile phone store in northeast Houston Friday.
A Houston Police Department spokesman said a robbery was reported via silent alarm inside the Boost Mobile store on 7500 block of Wayside Drive near Ley Road shortly after 9 a.m.
One suspect was taken into custody about an hour into the standoff, but another armed suspect remained inside the store.
Just before noon, the second suspect was taken into custody without incident.
This same store was robbed back in February.
