HOUSTON – More than a dozen people accused of making and selling fake IDs appeared before a judge Monday morning.
In all, 18 suspects were arrested Saturday as the result of an 18-month investigation called "Operation Fake ID."
The operation targeted Sunny’s Flea Market and two others in North Harris County.
