Houston – Just before noon Friday, Jane Favor was headed to a shop on Harwin when, out of nowhere, someone crashed into her Saturn SUV.

A man driving a Toyota SUV ran the light and slammed into her at the corner of Westpark and South Gessner.

"Oh my God, I was so scared. I got so scared. I tried to avoid the hit," Favor said.

"The way he ran into me I can’t explain it," said Favor.

Police say the guy in the SUV was in a hurry because he had just robbed the Radio Shack on South Gessner at Harwin.

"By the time I came out, nobody was in the car and the wrecker guys were telling me what happened," Favor said.

Police found a brand new iPhone 5 inside the getaway vehicle.

The suspect got away.

Radio Shack employees say he threatened them, jumped the counter and took several iPhones.

Police dusted the recovered phone for fingerprints and they think they found one.

As for Jane Favor? She is doing OK.

"Things happen in our environment, our community and it affects everybody—so it’s just not the Radio Shack people. See how I was affected too?" Favor said

Her vehicle isn’t drivable and her trip to Harwin had to be delayed.
