MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas – Police discovered three stolen headstones from County Line Cemetery and $120 worth of stolen property when they pulled over a man driving a stolen trailer.

According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, Justin White consented to a search of two units while driving a trailer.

They found the headstones during the search. One of the stole headstones weighed more than 200 pounds and another belonged to a 7-year-old child.

Members of the Auto Theft Task Force cleaned them up and reset them.

Investigators are unclear how White managed to move them or why.

In the process of locating the graves for the headstones, it was discovered that several others were missing.
