HOUSTON --- Police released the name of a man accused of using Craigslist to sell fake Justin Bieber concert tickets to fans in Houston and Dallas.

Robert Grusczynski has been charged with one count of forgery, but he has not been arrested. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department is having trouble finding him.

Investigators said he sold fake tickets to at least five different people in Houston and at least one person in the Dallas area.

Authorities tried to set up a sting operation to catch him.

Some of the victims didn’t know they had been duped until they saw photos of Grusczynski on KHOU 11 News.

One single mom said she splurged and spent $300 so her 7-year-old daughter could see her pop star.
