Police find stolen cemetery vases in back of suspect's truck

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas – Police made quite a discovery Monday evening when they pulled over a driver on Highway 59 and discovered a stash of stolen cemetery vases.
Police found 20 bronze vases they believe were stolen from Conroe Memorial Cemetery. The suspect, Paul McKinnon, was taken to jail on charges of theft of a precious metal, which is a felony.
One of the vases stolen came from the grave of a Humble police detective who died in 1985.
