HOUSTON—Houston police are still searching for two hit-and-run drivers who ran over a man in northwest Houston Thursday morning.

Police said Anthony Small was leaving Doctor's Hospital in the 500 block of West Tidwell at West Montgomery around 5:30 a.m. when he was struck by a pickup truck. A car also hit him and neither driver stopped.

Police do not know the make and model of either vehicle at this time.

Employees at the neighborhood hospital say Small had asked to be seen, but left before his name was called. They said Small, 41, was a regular at the hospital and liked to hang out there.

Police have not been able to find a home address for the victim.

Anyone with information in this case is urged to contact the HPD Hit and Run Unit at 713-247-4065 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
