On flat tires, DWI suspect tells police he thought his friends were driving

HPD said the suspect was first spotted driving on the Southwest Freeway with flat tires around 1:30 a.m. Wednesday. A 911 caller pointed police to the suspect’s direction as he took the connecting ramp to the West Loop northbound.
