MONTGOMERY -- The Montgomery County Sheriff Office Special Investigations Unit and the Precinct 2 Constables Office responded to a call on March 4 concerning the possibility of a an indoor ‘marijuana grow’ in the 100 block of Fish Creek Thoroughfare.
Upon arrival, officials met with the homeowner and smelled a strong odor of marijuana coming from inside the home. A search of the house yielded approximately 170 marijuana plants.
The marijuana was recovered and the equipment was dismantled and collected. The estimated value of the marijuana is $750,000.
