HARRIS COUNTY, Texas –- A driver on FM-2920 was critically injured early Tuesday when he struck a concrete culvert and flipped his truck.
Deputies in northwest Harris County said the crash occurred around 3:45 a.m.
It wasn’t clear what caused the man to lose control of his pickup. Deputies said the truck briefly went airborne before hitting a fence and landing upside down. The cab of the small truck caved in.
The 48-year-old driver was not wearing a seatbelt, deputies said. He was sent to the hospital in stable condition.
