HOUSTON — The man, who threatened to blow up a local synagogue, has plead guilty to federal civil rights crimes.

About a year ago, Dante Phearse called the Beth Israel Jewish Synagogue saying here were no white Jewish people, only black Jewish people, and said he was going to blow up the temple.

Phearse faces up to 50 years in prison. He will be sentenced in July.
