HOUSTON – A man came out to protest with his gun in tow a day after Target issued a request that customers leave their guns at home.
The demonstration took place at the store located on Highway 290 and Hollister.
Joseph Walker said he called the store and police ahead of time to let them know about his demonstration.
“Every day it seems like something anti-gun coming out, and if nobody stands up to do something about it then it becomes the norm,” said Walker.
Target posted a note online Wednesday asking customers to leave their guns at home, but the company said it will abide by all local gun laws.
