HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – Authorities are investigating after a man was found shot to death inside his vehicle in northeast Harris County early Saturday.

According to deputies, the man was found slumped over his steering wheel in the 2000 block of FM 1960 near Briarcreek around 12 a.m.

Deputies said the man had been traveling westbound on FM 1960 when he collapsed. His car rolled into the driveway of a Potato Patch Restaurant, where he died. Deputies later found three bullet holes in the the passenger's side of the car.

Investigators said they are trying to determine where the victim was when he was shot. Deputies interviewed a security guard at a nearby game room, who said he heard shots fired while he was inside.

Deputies said there are still no suspects.
