HOUSTON -- A man in southeast Houston has a problem with people dumping trash near his home, and now he has a problem with Metro.
The property is owned by Metro, but when Jim Carroll asked them to haul away some old, abandoned furniture along Capitol, he said they passed the buck.
“This is City of Houston property right here. This over here is Metro property so what they did was they moved it off Metro property over to the City of Houston property,” Carroll said.
We called Metro for a response and they said they would investigate and get back with us on Wednesday.
