HOUSTON -– A burglar dressed all in black lowered himself into a southeast Houston Walgreens after breaking in through the roof early Friday, police said.

Houston police said an alarm was triggered around 4:30 a.m. at the store on Reveille Street at Park Place Boulevard.

When officers arrived, they found a hole in the roof, but the suspect was already gone.

Police said surveillance video shows the suspect going into the store, but it wasn’t immediately clear what was stolen.

A store manager refused to comment on behalf of the company. The suspect’s getaway vehicle was not described.
