CYPRESS, Texas—Two years after they broke up, a woman says she has now found nude photos her ex-boyfriend took without her knowledge or consent.

The pictures may be down, but there are still signs on the web of what 47-year old Eduardo Monsivias allegedly did.

According to court documents, he used the screen name "Jayne Wayne" and "Jayne Wayne 1978" to post pornographic pictures of his ex-girlfriend on sites such as Picasa.

It wasn’t until this year that the woman said she Googled herself and was blindsided when she found pictures of her and her ex having sex.

She said the images were connected to her name and that they were all taken by hidden camera without her knowing it.

No one answered the door at Monsivias’s house in Cypress on Friday. There are at least four outdoor cameras on his home.

The alleged victim says she is newly married and worries that other women may have been videotaped too. She describes the act as "evil."

Monsivias has been charged with improper photography, a felony. He could spend up to two years in jail and pay a $10,000 fine if convicted.
