HOUSTON – Police arrested a man they chased into a building on the campus of Texas Southern University Thursday night.
Police said the man had been shooting at an apartment complex nearby, and then he took off running on the campus of Texas Southern University.
The man was found hiding behind a freezer in the student center, police said.
There were no classes in session at the time of the incident.
