HOUSTON -- Students have been walking home in groups these days as word spread that a man was roaming the Spring Branch area and exposing himself.

"He's a pervert you know. I don't know how he can be doing that to kids," said Carmen Celadon, a Spring Branch ISD parent.

Police arrested 33-year-old David Gonzalez, accusing him of a series of creepy crimes, like exposing himself to several students. Last month, he exposed himself to a girl at a bus stop on Pitner, who he tried to get into his car. When that attempt didn't work, he moved on to another street.

"He was nude and moved around in the street for a while and then left," said Spring Branch ISD Chief of Police, Charles Brawner.

Just wearing a t-shirt, he exposed himself to two girls walking to Spring Oaks Middle School.

"You try to tell your kids don't talk to strangers but sometimes even if you don't talk to strangers, they come to you," said Linda Cruz, a Northbrook High School parent.

Police were on the lookout for the suspect's white two door Pontiac, the same one spotted at Northbrook High School last March. During that incident, someone tried to lure two other female students into the car.

"Some creepy guy walking around with no clothes at all. That's really mean and messed up for the students," said Kirk Rodrigues, a Northbrook High School student.

A parent reported the license plate to police, who were able to track the car down.

"Glad that he got arrested and they hope you know they keep him in jail for a while," said Cruz.

Now parents feel they can breathe a little easier.
