HOUSTON – It happened twice on Wednesday – someone was hit by a car in one north Harris County intersection.
Both accidents happened at FM 1960 and Kuykendahl. Pedestrians are urged to use the crosswalk at the busy intersection.
The first accident happened when a man darted into the street and attempted to cross. One car swerved to avoid him, but a second car did not. The 25-year-old victim was transported by Life Flight to the hospital.
He suffered a fractured skull. No charges will be filed against the driver. According to officers, the driver did nothing wrong.
A second accident happened a few hours later between a cyclist and a car, but the cyclist only had minor injuries.
