HOUSTON -- Police were called to the 9000-block of Bissonnet late Thursday after a man was gunned down outside an apartment complex.
The man later died at the hospital, according to the Houston Police Department.
The shooting happened near S. Braeswood around 11:30 p.m.
Witnesses told police the victim was arguing with his assailant leading up to the shooting. After the shots were fired, the suspect took off running. A good description of the man was not available.
Police said several shell casings were found in the roadway.
