GALVESTON — A triple-murderer and convicted stalker who moved to the island shortly after his October release from a Florida prison said via email Saturday he’d left Galveston for California.
Jovan Anton Collier, 44, was accused of being an unauthorized resident of The Park at Cedar Lawn apartment complex, 4400 Ave. N, managers said. He was living there with Sara Collier Zavadil, 43, his ex-wife, they said.
Jovan Collier said Saturday he was relaxing in a beach-side cottage, sipping ale and watching Pacific waves roll ashore. Sara Collier Zavadil said Sunday she was scrambling to find a new home and finding that difficult.
