HOUSTON -- Texans head coach Gary Kubiak experienced stroke-like symptoms during Sunday's night game against the Colts, according to a source close to the team.
Kubiak will remain in the hospital for evaluation for at least the next 24 hours, the team said in a statement released Monday morning.
KHOU’s Bob Allen has been in close contact with a highly-placed source within the Texans organization.
“He had numbness on his left side and his speech was slurred when he went to the grass of the Reliant Stadium at halftime,” Allen said. “Whether it was a stroke or a mini-stroke is not clear at this time.”
