HPD: Juvenile caught breaking into pickup falls down bayou embankment while fleeing

Police said two suspects traveling in a stolen van attempted to break into a pickup truck on Westmont at Candlewick around 12:30 a.m. The truck owner and other neighbors witnessed the break in and attempted to stop the suspects.
