ATASCOCITA, Texas – An Humble ISD teacher has been cleared of a charge of indecency with a child.
Guy Anderson was arrested in September and accused of molesting a 9-year-old relative.
A Harris County grand jury no-billed Anderson Wednesday.
Anderson was a journalism teacher at Atascocita High School. In a written statement, Humble ISD said he remains on leave and his position has been filled with a new teacher.
"The District’s Human Resources Department will be working to determine options now that the case has proceeded through the legal system," the statement said.
