Houston joins New York at top of US Sushinomic Index

Houstonians love sushi and do not mind paying top dollar for it, according to Bloomberg. Bloomberg has released the Sushinomics Price Index, which is the average cost of a restaurant's two most expensive rolls.

HOUSTON -- Houstonians love sushi and do not mind paying top dollar for it, according to Bloomberg.

Bloomberg has released the Sushinomics Price Index, which is the average cost of a restaurant's two most expensive rolls.

Houston ranks 3rd in the nation with the most expensive roll behind Greenwich, Connecticut and Los Angeles.

Houstonians pay around $16.80 on average.
