Houston job fair to draw dozens to the non-profit sector

HOUSTON – If you’re looking for a job and you’re interested in working in the non-profit sector listen up.

There is a job fair at the United Way on 50 Waugh Drive today from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

The companies represented are looking to hire more than 225 people.

SER Jobs for Progress is hosting the event.

There are 30 organizations participating.

They include The Star of Hope, Goodwill, The Tejano Center, and Fort Bend County Human Resources.

There are some requirements to attend this job fair.

First, you must have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, and you must preregister with SER.
