What is the point? You put the information online the same day as the job fair. The SER jobs for Progress website has no information about the job fair and no place to pre register. 10.2% unemployment. Give me the job of the khou.com staff who posted this.

From SER webpage: SER is a national network of employment and training organizations that formulates and advocates initiatives that result in the increased development and utilization of America’s human resources, with special emphasis on the needs of Hispanics, I suppose thats why a person has to pre-register. Why can't we all have a chance to go to a job fair? This is B.S.

The article was posted at 12:02 PM, with the job fair starting at 1:00 PM. How was someone to "pre-register", then get to the fair? I guess that's plenty of advance notice.
