HOUSTON – Warmer temperatures returned to the Houston area on Wednesday, but another cool down is on the way, said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
The forecast high on Wednesday is 87 degrees with no chance for rain.
“It’s going to be a short sleeve, warm kind of day,” said Johnson. “We’ll see partly cloudy skies today as temperatures climb into the mid- to upper-80s. Overnight Wednesday into Thursday a front will pass through, and that’s going to clear us out.”
On Thursday, the forecast high drops to 81 degrees.
The rest of the week and the weekend look really nice with mostly sunny skies and daytime temps in the low- to mid-80s.
