HOUSTON— Wednesday will be hot, but not as hot as a normal August day, KHOU 11 News Chief Meteorologist Gene Norman said.
“It’s really comfortable compared to what August is normally like,” he said.
The day will begin in the low-70s, but later in the day the highs will peak around 92 degrees.
The seven-day forecast shows gradually increasing chances for rain as we head toward the weekend.
High temperatures the rest of the week will remain in the low-90s with a 30-percent chance for rain returning on Friday and Saturday.
Meanwhile, forecasters say Tropical Storm Isaac has formed in the Atlantic with a track that could possibly take it toward Florida where the Republican National Convention will be held next week.
