HOUSTON – It will be a chilly start for shoppers on Black Friday, KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Mario Gomez said.

Black Friday shoppers will have to battle temps in the upper-30s while they are bargain-hunting, but afternoon temps will rise to the lower-60s.

The weekend will be nice and clear with highs in the mid-60s.

High temps will continue to rise daily, reaching the lower-70s by next week, with the chance for showers returning to the forecast by Monday.
