HOUSTON – While the holiday weekend saw nothing but beautiful weather, it appears as if things are going to be a little soggy for Labor Day, 11 News Meteorologist Mario Gomez said.

"These will be scattered showers by nature and could interrupt a few barbecues," Gomez said.

Gomez puts the odds for showers at 50 percent and said temperatures will reach a high of 90 degrees and low of 75.

The chances for showers only increases Tuesday and will stay constant through the rest of the work week.
