HOUSTON – Expect a warm up Tuesday evening as more humidity moves in from the southeast, but big changes are on the way, according to KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Brooks Garner.

Tuesday evening temps are expected to fall to 75 degrees with overnight lows in the low-70s.

“This will be the last dry day of October before it all changes,” Garner said.

An arriving cool front will mix with tropical moisture to bring heavy rain Wednesday into Thursday.

We could receive some stormy weather on Halloween along with the heavy rain earlier in the day, but it's too soon to tell if it will carry over into Halloween night.

On Friday, our daytime temperatures drop back into the mid-70s through the weekend with overnight temperatures in the 50s.

This weekend looks like it will be mostly sunny and pleasant.
