HOUSTON – It will be another warm and muggy evening in the Houston area on Thursday, according to KHOU 11 News Chief Meteorologist David Paul.
Our afternoon temps haven't hit the 90-degree mark much lately, but it's close enough to make you sweat.
This weekend’s weather will be the same but with a few more clouds.
We're tracking an upper-level storm system that is slowly making its way to our neck of the woods. Until it gets here, we’ll have relatively serene weather. But when it does get her next week, we could certainly see some thunderstorm activity.
There’s a 20- to 30-percent chance for much-needed rain early next week.
Even if we do see downpours, it’ll remain warm with daytime temps in the mid- to upper-80s and overnight temperatures in the low-70s.
