HOUSTON – Temps will be chilly Tuesday evening in the Houston area, according to KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Brooks Garner.

We could tie the overnight low for this time of year as temperatures drop again tonight into Wednesday morning.

"With this beautiful night air, you'll see the stars out tonight and the roof will be open for the Astros game at Minute Maid," said Garner.

Wednesday will be the same with chilly early-morning temperatures and a nice afternoon.

On Thursday the temperatures start to climb again, and on Friday the clouds return. There’s a slight chance for scattered rain starting Friday through the weekend.

Our daytime highs will be back at 80 degrees just in time for the weekend.
